Apple has announced a new 17-inch MacBook Pro which comes with a durable aluminum unibody enclosure, and a revolutionary new built-in battery that gives you eight hours of work time and up to 1,000 recharges for more than three times the lifespan of conventional notebook batteries. It also comes with a high resolution LED-backlit display, Multi-Touch trackpad, NVIDIAgraphics (9400M or 9600M GT), and Intel Core 2 Duo mobile processors.
Someone claims that this is the new MacBook Pro, expected to be unveiled in the 14th October this month. Few changes mentioned: First, it has a two tone case which is first time for Apple. The lid is made of black glossy plastic with aluminum bottom. That reminds of evolution of iPhone. Second, the lid dispenses with hook clasps in favor of a magnetic latch mechanism, like current MacBooks. Third, there’s no multitouch sensitive “glass touchpad”.
